Warranty & Return

If there is any product quality problem during the use such as product parts damage, movement damage etc. Please feel free to contact Support@cigadesign.com for warranty service. The unauthorized desassemble and parts failure caused by external force are not covered by the warranty.

Warranty : 12 Months

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Are Ciga watches waterproof?

 

CIGA watches all adopt a 3ATM waterproof design, so you can wash your hands or go out in the rain without worries. But it is not recommended to wear them when showering or swimming.
